Our Gaurantee to you is simple, and fair. Your satisfaction is our number one goal. If we do not feel we did the job to best of our ability, and honestly earned what is being charged, we will lower or the price or waive the charge completely (the $15 mimum for In-home repair is non-negotiable). Please remember that not all PC's are easily repaired without new parts or lengthy software related repair. Even on the rare unfixable PC, if we had to spend extensive time attempting to fix it, we would ask for a fair amount for the labor involved.
